Questions?

If you’ve got a question for Good To Go, you’ll find the answer here. If you don’t, drop us an email at hello@goodtogoparking.com or ask us on Twitter or Facebook.

  • Who is Good To Go?

We started Good To Go to provide airport car parking that's straightforward, stress-free and great value. Good To Go is a trading name of Heathrow Airport Ltd.

We only offer two kinds of parking: Park & Ride and Meet & Greet. Both are right at the airport, so you save time and can start enjoying your holiday a bit sooner. It's great value too - giving you prices starting at just £4.66 a day*. Our experienced team make sure everything runs smoothly - just take a look at our reviews to see what our customers say about us.

*Based on a 15 day stay.

  • Why does my booking have to include a Saturday night?

There's no minimum stay in our car parks, but your booking does need to include a Saturday night. This is because our parking is designed for people who are travelling for a holiday, rather than business, and will normally be parking over at least one Saturday. If your trip does not include a Saturday, try our partner Official Heathrow Parking.

  • What if I want to cancel or change my booking?

You can't cancel your booking, but you can amend it until midnight the day before you arrive. Just go to the manage my booking page.

  • Where do your reviews come from?

Our reviews all come from verified purchasers – people who have real experience of Good To Go. We use an independent review site - Reevoo - to collect our reviews. Reevoo is totally independent, and it never removes or edits bad reviews.
